Abstracts can only be submitted online via our website (abstract submission); submissions by email or any other means will not be considered.
All abstracts must be written in English.
It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstract titles will be subject to a spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation.

EAPCON 2026 reserves the right to reject or alter
abstracts based on:
Failure to comply with style guidelines.
Excessive abstract length.
Inappropriate content or graphics.
Outside the scope of the meeting.

three independent reviewers.

Only the submitting author may withdraw an abstract.
