We encourage work that introduces new ideas and concepts, research and its implementation and its usefulness to the society. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract:

Submitting Your Abstract

EAPCON 2026 reserves the right to reject or alter abstracts based on:

  • Failure to comply with style guidelines.
  • Excessive abstract length.
  • Inappropriate content or graphics.
  • Outside the scope of the meeting.
Abstract Deadline

30th August 2026

The submission window closed on 30h August 2026. No further abstracts are being accepted.

Review Process

Each abstract will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.

  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation
  • Rejection
Notification by Email 5 September 2026
Session Presentations

Oral presentations are usually 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

ePoster Sessions
  • Poster title must match accepted abstract.
  • ePoster should be prepared in PowerPoint.
  • Template will be provided after acceptance.
Withdrawing an Abstract

Only the submitting author may withdraw an abstract. Requests must be submitted by email to info@publichealth-palliativecare.or.tz.
